About us

Who is Kirsten?

As a young girl, I began my journey in gymnastics and equestrian sports. Later in life, I integrated equestrian sports with running, CrossFit, and fitness.Through my involvement in equestrian sports, I gained a profound understanding of how a horse’s body responds to various factors such as nutrition, emotions, exercise, stress, medication, and tension. I was always in pursuit of the right balance and timing to enhance the athletic performance of both myself and the horse.

In 2013, I embarked on a Weight Consultant training program. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the program at that time. Fast forward to 2023, and I am now a certified Nutritionist. My perspective on nutrition and fitness is deeply holistic. I firmly believe that environmental factors, in conjunction with nutrition, medication, stress, grooming, overall health, and exercise/fitness, play a crucial role in shaping the final outcome and have the potential to reverse certain disease processes, including conditions like cardiovascular disease and Type 2 Diabetes.

Now, in 2023, after several challenging years dealing with the pandemic and witnessing a high percentage of people suffering from lifestyle-related diseases, my enthusiasm to make a positive impact is at its peak. It’s time for me to share my knowledge and experience in this field, to coach individuals and guide them toward a healthier lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to welcome those who seek to age gracefully, staying youthful and fit throughout their lives.

Introducing

Hi, I’m Esmee!

I have always found the potential of nutrition to transform the body fascinating. This fascination led me to embark on a journey of study in Nutrition & Dietetics in 2021, aiming to expand my understanding in this field.

During my studies, I concentrated on the Dietitian aspect, delving into various disease areas such as cardiovascular diseases, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, obesity, and the influence of nutrition on behavior. I found this focus to be incredibly enlightening and enriching.

Seeking to broaden my expertise even further, I decided to explore the realm of Lifestyle Coaching. I believe that there is so much more to nutrition than meets the eye, and that’s why I have chosen to immerse myself in Applied Psychology for the next six months.

It brings me great joy to witness individuals adopting healthier lifestyle patterns and feeling more vital as a result of my guidance. I am eager to share the knowledge I have acquired and assist in coaching and guiding others toward a healthier lifestyle.
